Creole Flounder

lbs flounder fillets |

cups diced tomatoes |

cup diced green peppers |

cup lemon juice |

tablespoon vegetable oil |

teaspoons salt |

teaspoons onion powder |

teaspoon basil |

teaspoon black pepper |

drops hot pepper sauce |
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place fish in a greased 13" X 9" baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
- Bake 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
